How do I reset Quicken to start over? (2024)

I started downloading from the bank and credit cards but would like to start over from the beginning. How do I do that?

    Tammy,

    You may want to know that if you need to look at the old file for some reason, you can click menu File > Open Recent and you should see it there. If you want to delete the old file, the easiest way is to open it, then click menu Show (filename) in Finder. Then quit Quicken and delete the file in the Finder. When you re-open Quicken, use Open Recent to get back to your new file.
