T-Mobile just acquired actor Ryan Reynolds’ Mint Mobile in a deal valued at $1.35 billion. Already the second-largest provider in the U.S., T-Mobile's acquisition of Mint parent company Ka’Ena Corp. will expand its offerings for lower-income customers, Bloomberg reports. Mint’s customer base has grown by 50% in recent years, and one T-Mobile executive said the partnership could “pour more fuel” onto that growth.
